The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), is the most widely used standard in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Barrett Firearms\u2019 receipt of ISO 9001:2015 certification means the company\u2019s quality management system follows internationally recognized processes in order to deliver an effective product in the design and manufacture of firearms, ammunition, integrated ballistics computers and accessories, and to provide training for systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis achievement is the result of years of dedication to continuous improvement, perfecting of processes, and the ultimate goal of exceeding our customers\u2019 expectations,\u201d said Chris Barrett, president of Barrett Firearms. \u201cAlong the way we have exceeded our own expectations. This certification is not easily achieved. I am so proud of what our team has built here; we have set ourselves up for years of future success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company manufactures eight distinct models of rifles, including the Model 82A1, and launched a new line of shotguns under the Barrett Sovereign brand. Barrett rifles are used by military organizations, law enforcement agencies and competitive shooters around the world.
