This one-day (8 hr) course is geared toward MRAD\u00ae owners, law enforcement and military personnel, and gunsmiths. It covers depot level maintenance to keep these Barrett bolt action rifles in top operating condition.\u00a0 Taught by seasoned Barrett armorers, the course covers operational theory, troubleshooting and in-depth maintenance procedures.\u00a0 Upon successful completion of the course, each student is presented with a manufacturer certification of completion which is valid for three years.<\/p>\n

Course topics include:
\n\u2022 History of the rifles
\n\u2022 Disassembly\/reassembly of complete rifles
\n\u2022 Rifle function and troubleshooting
\n\u2022 Depot Level maintenance
\n\u2022 Gauging techniques
\n\u2022 Identification of Common Problems
\n\u2022 Cleaning and lubrication<\/p>\n

Class begins at 8:30 a.m. and generally lasts until 4:30 p.m. (If you plan to travel home by air afterward, please be prepared to stay until the end of the course.) Rifles and other tools are provided by Barrett for use during the course.<\/p>\n
